Meet Our Team
The team behind Cophi are seasoned specialists in corporate leadership exec coaching, change management and collaboration. Coming from a range of professional backgrounds, we understand the challenges of making change happen in large organisations.
The team behind Cophi are seasoned specialists in corporate leadership exec coaching, change management and collaboration. Coming from a range of professional backgrounds, we understand the challenges of making change happen in large organisations.
The team behind Cophi are seasoned specialists in corporate leadership exec coaching, change management and collaboration. Coming from a range of professional backgrounds, we understand the challenges of making change happen in large organisations.


Jamie was most recently CFO and HRD at Qubit, a SaaS business that grew from five to over 300 employees during his time there. He helped raise and deploy capital of over £80m and used organisational network science to help better manage growth and build a best-in-class people strategy.



A background in physics and a 10+ year career in software spanning multiple domains including video streaming and synthetic biology. His experience ranges from systems architecture to hands-on delivery. He has a particular passion for making sense of the complex systems humans create and inhabit.


Simon is an org designer and leadership coach who specialises in building ‘self-improving organisations’. He has coached hundreds of leaders in how to build teams that manage themselves, worked on a number of large transformation and M&A programs, and helped C- level teams develop strategy, design systems and inspire performance


Orowa is a computational social scientist at University College London and a leading expert in social networks, behavioural science and AI. Previously he has led and developed organisational network analysis techniques to solve top talent questions for some of the largest companies in the world.
