Only data and insights specific to that team are surfaced, ensuring sensitive information remains appropriately restricted
You may find that smaller teams are able to achieve effective collaboration more quickly than larger ones
Leaders will have a much clearer and more accurate understanding of where and how they need to improve
Managers receive a roadmap for improving their interactions with other teams
Free-text feedback is specific to the team level only
Top-level NCS scores can be shared, allowing you to see how your team compares with the wider organisation
This section assumes you have found a part of the organisation or a team you want to focus on.
It shows you how to review the data from the perspective of one team and allows you to give team level KPIs to managers as well.
You can identify easily how your team connects to the rest of the business as well as being clear about the reciprocal nature of the relationship.
It helps you consider that the relationship between two teams is a complex one with many dynamics and it's important to understand the perspective of both teams and also broader themes both team faces.

This clearly shows the connections between the Commercial Team and the other teams in the organisation and the lines connecting the teams are:
Coloured according to the quality of the connection
Sized by volume of respondents
Reciprocal to ensure there is a good 2 way dialogue to solve the challenges and generate collective change.
